Progress Update from LakeVu Condos in Barrie

Shoring is now 100% complete and phase 1 construction continues to progress at 11 Lakeside Terrace in Barrie.

Formwork gives shape and support to the concrete. Rebar provides reinforcement to the concrete structure.

Formwork and Rebar contractors started work on Aug 26, 2019, beginning from the N/W corner perimeter footing moving in a clockwise direction.

Looking east onto Phase 1 site.

Waterproofing contractor is scheduled to start work on Sept 11, 2019.

The tower crane has been scheduled to be operational by Oct 3, 2019.
